"A new lifetime fan"

I just wanted to take this moment and thank you for one of the most enjoyable park experiences in my life. While attending a nearby Halloween / Haunted House convention in Tell City, I was finally close enough to visit your park.

First, I must advise, my husband and I are extreme park enthusiasts and maintain memberships/affiliations in several of the industry’s enthusiast groups such as Darkride And Funhouse Enthusiasts (DAFE) and the National Amusement Park Historical Association (NAPHA).

We have been privileged over our past 8 years together to attend many parks nationwide both large and small, including Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Kings Island, Kennywood (in our backyard), Idlewild, Hershey, Lakemont, Waldameer and many other smaller family-owned establishments. I even decorated my new baby daughter’s room with an amusement park theme. So, I guess you can say I know a good park when I see one.

I have been looking to partake of Holiday World for many years and my June visit fulfilled a long-lived wish and turned me into a life-long ambassador for your park.

Your friendliness, cleanliness and wonderful facilities are to be commended as the best in this industry.

Anyone who will listen to my amusement park chatter, I let them know Holiday World is a must visit.

Thank you again, Holiday World for making my experience wonderful and my baby daughter’s first park experience a memorable one.

I am looking forward to next year and continuing the Holiday World “Voyage.”
