Praise for Phone Find
I was just looking at your HoliBlog and thought that I should send you my story.
My granddaughter (11 yr. old Lauren) and I made our first visit to Holiday World this past June. It was just the two of us but we had a very good time.
We were especially impressed with the free unlimited drinks and sunscreen and have passed on that idea several times to Paramount's Kings Island. They are the closest park to us.
I was also impressed with the program you have in place for your young children. The first day we were there we got separated, (for just a minute), but she knew to go to one your employees and they were very helpful to her. I had never thought of this occurring because we are so used to being at Kings Island and have our routine there, but she was in a totally new environment and didn't know where to go, so on our second day I made sure she had her wrist band on with my cell phone number. WHAT A TERRIFIC IDEA! Hope you don't mind, but I've passed that one on to Kings Island also.
The only bad experience that we had was when she lost her purse on one of the rides. Apparently someone saw her take it off at the beginning of ride and forget to pick it up, so they helped themselves when they saw her leave. How sad? Especially for a little girl when it was a brand new purse and had all of her vacation money in it, about $40 if I remember correctly. But, we learned a lesson.
Well, I hope we can visit you again. During the summer it is usually just the two of us and we try to have lots of fun together, but next time I will definitely try to find a hotel a little closer than last time. Sometimes saving a little money, just isn't worth it, is it?
Thank you for a wonderful park.
