Excellent customer service

My family and I made our third trip to Holiday World just last week.

This was our first time to visit Splashin Safari. We just want to thank you for having such a great park.

Our kids, ages 4 and 6, had a blast. My husband and I had a great time as well.

The free drinks are awesome especially when you visit during 100 degree temps. We live near Kings Island and although we enjoy that park, it just doesn't compare to Holiday World and Splashin Safari.

Your employees are so friendly.

Unlike other parks, your employees are great with the kids (other park employees seem to have no patience with children). Over and over again, we saw your employees talking nicely with the children and giving them high-fives.

No matter where we went your employees thanked us and told us to have a great day.

Thank you for putting excellent customer service at the top of your priority list.

Another reason that we love Holiday World is the price. Other parks are so expensive. Your park is very reasonably priced. We have a much better time knowing that we aren't getting overcharged for everything that we do.

We will definitely return again to enjoy your great selection of rides and attractions and to receive your excellent customer service. We are telling others about Holiday World, too.
