Word of mouth

Rarely will you find a marketer who will argue about the value of word-of-mouth advertising. In a nutshell, make your customers happy and they'll spread the word for you.

What better example of word-of-mouth than an email we just received from a park regular asking us to send our brochure to his dentist.

We'll be filling that request today.
