No brush off here, that's the best thing about Holiday World. The whole place is full of the exact same behaviour. Every single person we met was so kind and helpful!

For the record, the plaque took almost a year to show up for the baby tooth. There may well be a lesson to be learned there, but I'll leave that pithy observation for another commenter.
