Frieda is in the news again.

Rich from the Evansville Courier & Press wrote a wonderful feature story about her a number of years ago. Ever since then, he asks about her each time we talk.

A week or so ago, Rich came up to visit with Frieda again and catch up with her. He wrote about her in today's paper.

Frieda grows orchids, too.

It took her years to coax these beauties into bloom. But she never gave up.
