HOLIDAY WORLD NOW SMOKE-FREE

SANTA CLAUS, IN-----Holiday World is now a smoke-free park.

"Our Splashin' Safari water park has always been smoke-free," says Holiday World & Splashin' Safari's president, Will Koch. "Due to an incredible amount of comments from our guests in past years, we decided to require smokers to use designated smoking areas in Holiday World as well."

Koch says Holiday World has a designated smoking area in each of its four themed sections. There are also two smoking areas in Splashin' Safari, one by each wave pool.

"We decided in 2004 to make all of Holiday World smoke-free for the families who visit us from all over the country," says Koch. "The transition went very smoothly season and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive."
