Shipping Information

We can ship to virtually any address in the U.S.

Calculating Cost
Shipping costs depends on the weight of the order, shipping method selected, shipping origin and shipping destination. This will be calculated when you checkout your shopping cart.

Delivery Time
The shipping time varies depending on the shipping method chosen. The shipping methods available depends on the products purchased, availability of the products at the warehouse and shipping destination. The website will automatically determine the shipping methods available based on the various factors and present them accordingly in the Shipping section of the checkout process.

USPS First-Class Mail®
Packages are shipped from Santa Claus, Indiana and the delivery time is typically about five to nine business days*.

Note: PO Box addresses allowed. Please use a PO Box address if you do not have a mail receptacle.

USPS Priority Mail®
Packages are shipped from Santa Claus, Indiana, USA and the delivery time is typically about one to three business days* for a USA destination.

Note: PO Box addresses allowed. Please use a PO Box address if you do not have a mail receptacle.

UPS Express
Packages are shipped from Santa Claus, Indiana, USA and the delivery time is typically about one business days* for a USA destination.

Note: No PO Box and APO addresses allowed. Someone must be present at the delivery address to sign for the package.

 

Refunds

  1. Please inform us at shop@holidayworld.com within 30 days if you intend to return an item.
  2. Please state the item that you would like to return and the reason for the return.
  3. Shipping cost is non-refundable.
  4. Returned item must be in its original/unused condition. Returned damaged or used goods will be discarded. If your item is damaged during the delivery process, please contact your post office or UPS office (whichever is applicable).
