"Looking forward to 2010"
I just wanted to take a minute and let you know that we think your park is the BEST.
I'm a single father of a 10 year old with Down syndrome. Marissa just loves your park. I feel very comfortable with bringing her there. Everyone that works there is awesome and treats her great which makes her feel good and makes me happy.
We come several times every year and both of us are looking forward to the 2010 season. I'm sure you get a lot of comple\iments, but I just wanted you to know that we both love it there and can’t wait to ride the new water coaster. It looks like it will be awesome!

Dear Mrs. Koch,
I was just writing you to wish you and your family a very Merry Christmas! I can't wait till the 2010 season. I didn't get to make it out there during the 2009 season. That made me very upset, but I will be there for sure next year! I don't know if you remember me from 2007 but my name is Shawn B., I was the boy who came out and Job Shadowed you for the day. I had a blast! It was so much fun getting to see what all it takes to run a great park like Holiday World. I hope one day to open my very own water park. I look up to you, you are one of my role models. Keep up the good work. Once again have a very Merry Christmas!!!
