I came to your park over the summer with my niece, best friend & her little girl. We had a blast!
I was waiting while everyone was in line for a ride & someone started singing one of my favorite praise & worship songs. I thought, “Where is that coming from?" I had never seen the area where the gospel/praise & worship songs are sung. I quickly headed that way.
As the four singers sang songs from the old gospel hymns I was raised on to current songs of the day, I was so moved that I sat there and cried. I never thought I would receive a blessing at Holiday World that day, but I did! You all have no idea how wonderful it was to hear God talked about and hear His songs at an amusement park!
In the days we live in where it’s not “politically correct” to even speak His name in public it was wonderful to be there enjoying the music & fellowship with people I didn’t even know. Thank you for not being the ‘norm’ in today’s society.
I will always remember this summer & the unexpected blessing I received from you & your staff.
God bless! Keep up the good work!

I just wanted to let you know that my husband and I bring our 2 daughters (each one gets to bring a friend with them) to your park every year. We live in New Albany so the trip is not that long which is fantastic!
We stay at Lake Rudolph each time because your park and their park are the cleanest, nicest places we have been to. They are definitely family oriented, economical, and everyone we have met has been super nice!!!
I actually worked at Kentucky Kingdom last year and after our trip to your park I went to a board meeting and made several suggestions to them, needless to say I am not working there anymore!!!
We are coming back in two weeks for Halloween fun. We can't wait to decorate, dress up, and have a great time!
We have actually talked another family to join us and EVERYONE is super excited!
Can't wait for the two weeks to be up!
See You Soon,

We were guests at your park on Sunday, September 14. Due to Hurricane Ike's inclement weather you all were forced to close the parks early.
I just wanted to take the time to THANK you for considering my family's safety and then compensating us with complimentary tickets as we were leaving the park.
We live about 2 hours away and visit your park a couple times per season. We drive right past Kentucky Kingdom to go to Holiday World because we are always satisfied with the cleanliness of your park and the friendliness and helpfulness of your staff.
We truly appreciate the "family atmosphere" you hold in such high regard at Holiday World.
Keep up the great job.
We'll see you next year!!!
Thanks again,

I have a friend that kept telling me to go to Holiday World and about how great the park was. So finally after much encouragement two weeks ago my family and I took a visit to your park. My family consist of a 7 year old boy, 11 year old girl, 13 year old girl, 16 year old girl, my girlfriend and myself.
My friend couldn't stop talking about your world class coasters, cleanliness of the park, short lines, cheap prices and how family oriented the park was regardless of age differences in my children.
Of coarse I was skeptical but decided to make the trip. I wasn't skeptical because I had heard bad things about the park or anything like that. It was more because my friend is an employee at Holiday World. So I kind of thought he was talking the park up and had a bias opinion since he worked at the park.
Boy was I wrong, lol. I was greatly impressed with the overall layout of the park. When we went to the water park it was easy to keep up with the kids and the design was great for all age groups. When going to other parks it always seems that each age group has their own area which makes it tough to enjoy the parks as a family. But not at Splashin' Safari. We all had a great time TOGETHER as a family due to the design of the park.
Also I have never saw a park stay so clean. From the bathrooms, walkways and eating areas the park was very clean.
So now I'm thinking it's time to eat. Family of six, ouch! There went the wallet. Wrong again, we all ate for less than going to McDonald's($25)!!!
FREE SUNSCREEN!!! Never saw that before in any other water park and it sure was nice considering I forgot our sunscreen.
FREE DRINKS!!! What I liked about this the most was the fact that you offered Gatorade and water as an alternative to sodas. I don't let my kids drink sodas that often and the Gatorade kept them hydrated.
Last but not least by far, The Voyage!!! Need I really say more? World Class!!!!
Well you guys won me over. No more Kentucky Kingdom.
Thanks for a great time for my whole family!

I was reading in the paper about the awards that Holiday World has won and I have to say I AGREE!!
We took our son and grand kids this summer and they LOVED it.
You have one of the nicest, cleanest and friendliest parks we’ve ever visited.
The water park was awesome and it was wonderful to have the drink kiosks everywhere.
We will definitely be back and we’ve been telling all of friends from Northern Indiana what a great place it is.

We visited Holiday World and Splashin' Safari on Labor Day and received a comment card on the way out so I thought I'd email a few comments and forward on some pictures too.
We are second-year season pass holders and have already purchased our tickets for next year.
Your parks really are the friendliest places on earth! Your employees are always friendly and great with the kids.
My girls absolutely love Molly who works with Holidog and the HoliDazzles, especially Sparkle! Of course we love seeing Santa too! What an awesome individual with a heart of gold!!! My two-year-old is still struggling with seeing Santa close-up, but he always talks to her and tries so hard to get her to budge on her feelings about him.
Thank you for some great family times!

My cousins won tickets off of a radio station and invited my family and I along for the trip.
This was the first time any of us had been to your park. Our group consisted of 4 teenagers, 3 adults and 1 two year old so we had a variety of interests. I can honestly say that our whole group had a wonderful trip.
We spent 2/3 of our day in the water park and loved it.
You guys were quite busy but nothing unmanageable for the crowds.
The atmosphere was familial and fun filled.
The little guy finally had to take a nap in the wagon we rented because he just plain ran out of gas. He slept soundly for about 45 minutes in front of the Voyage. I'm sure you get the humor of this given how loud that roller coaster is when it's cycling through and he never even flinched.
We all agreed on how much we enjoyed this trip and we are formulating plans to make it a 2 day trip next summer so that we may get to see more of the other side of the park.
I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our experience and to confirm that what you are doing there is working.
I visited with one of the cleaning supervisors over in Lewis and Clark for a short time and she was so friendly. I think her name was Susana. Her name badge said supervisor. She was very friendly and stopped to chat for a moment.
I came from Bowling Green, Kentucky, and my cousins drove in from Carlyle, Illinois.
Thanks for giving us a fun-filled day.
Sincerely-
Lisa J.
