Thanks to all who entered our Reel Picks Sweepstakes – we truly appreciate all the voting and comment posting!

Our four winners (chosen at random) have been notified by email:

Debra A. from Chrisney, Indiana, is our Grand Prize Winner
Shella K. from Shepherdsville, Kentucky, is our Second Place Winner
Dawn F. from Indianapolis, Indiana, is our Third Place Winner
Joe T. from Pontiac, Illinois, is our Fourth Place Winner

Congratulations to all!

When I was invited to sit down with team members from our new agency-of-record, Williams Randall, I couldn’t help myself:

“I can’t tell you how excited I am that we’re working with Williams Sonoma. I just ordered your new cookware!”

After a rather agonizing half-a-second, they broke into chuckles and we started the meeting with grins on our faces.

Thing is, now I have that silly joke in my brain as a curse. Whenever I write Williams Randall Marketing in a news release or correspondence, I have to triple-check that my favorite kitchen store didn’t sneak back into my business writing.

That said, we announce our partnership with Williams Randall and premiere our three new television commercials with our “Reel Picks” sweepstakes.

Would prefer to see the real Santa. The big-headed mascot-looking santa was ugly, scary, and not a good representation of Santa at all. The park was built around Santa Claus, and that thing portraying him is terrible.

  2. Carol

The Value Meter is my favorite. Holiday world is for a day of family fun at a low price, with it free parking, free soft drinks, free Sunscreen and now Friday night fireworks how could you go wrong. They have rides and fun for all ages. So lets get packing and go have some fun in the sun, with everyone!!!!!!

I have been coming to Holiday World since I was a little girl when it was still Santa Claus Land! We love to bring our kids! Hope I win!

  4. jennifer huff

I love the idea one, it made me want to come to holiday world even more now!!

  5. Angela Wagner

We liked the one that announced the Friday Night Fireworks since this is new and exciting information

  6. Erin

Excited to bring my kids to Holiday World this summer. We are also going to be camping at Lake Rudolph for the first time this summer 🙂

  7. Elizabeth Allgood

I like the butter churning commercial because it showcases what all is free at HolidayWorld. For a family, I think the freebies are an attractive option! I can’t wait to visit HolidayWorld one day!

  8. Holly

I chose the value meter because it wasn’t as creepy as the others. This may hurt my chance, but all three were
really bad and the Santa is creepy. Seems like it’s trying to bite off the Burger King. I can’t lie to win. They are bad. I showed my two girls (10yrs and 6yrs) and they thought they were “stupid” and the Santa “freaking looking.” I
really hope this isn’t a replacement character in the park!

Love Holiday World – Creates wonderful new family memories & brings back wonderful childhood memories!

  10. Hillary Killough

I actually like all of the commercials but my favorite one was the tour!

I like “the idea” commercial as it shows the characters’ personalities. It also seems to show there is so much good already at Holiday World that there is little needed to improve on such a great place. Less talking said more to me. My boys love the idea of the fireworks. We can’t wait to come.

Cool commercial. I can see kids laughing themselves silly when the elf explodes….

Love holiday world! Best in the world, so much fun for the whole family! 🙂

  12. Rick

First, I want to say we love Holiday World and will be back this summer.
Finally, the plastic Santa is creepy. Did you use the same ad agency as Burger King? You should fire your ad rep. Stick to the free soda’s, sunscreen, and very clean park and water park. You have a real Santa at your park, use him instead!

  13. Misty

The Tour! And we’re never going to Disney again after Holiday World last year! Please let us win so we can give our kids the trip they’re dreaming and begging for!
