Did you get a lot of rain this week? Mother Nature power-washed the park for us!

No flooding here – despite six inches of rain yesterday; just a few swollen creek banks.

Any day now the trees will start leafing out, bringing so much color and beauty back to the park following this long, grey winter. Hope to see you soon!

Can’t wait for the season to begin! My husband and I are newly retired and have treated ourselves and our two grandchildren to season passes. This has been a Christmas present for our grandchildren for a couple of years. Last year, my husband retired in the spring and we added him to the list. Now it’s my turn! We are looking forward to spending a lot of quality time there this summer. I grew up with annual trips to Santa Claus Land. We took our daughter as a child, and now love the fact that we can continue this tradition with our grandchildren. Thanks for the wholesome family atmosphere.
