After shaking our heads in disbelief that September starts tomorrow, we put in a call to these fellows:

Theme Park Families Podcast at Holiday World

Well, not everyone … just Andrew (front left) and his dad, Adam. They’re the hosts of the Theme Park Families Podcast!

Season Passes for 2019 are on sale – with deepest discounts available through September 14. Here’s where to find our Season Pass Sweepstakes.

Our dramatic reading of Mean Tweets took us back to 1987 and “The Bunch Is Back,” which we just happen to have captured on video in 1989:

With Happy Halloween Weekends fast approaching, we – of course – have a sweepstakes.

Remembering our bacon-tasting days …

Lauren tries Bacon Soda

Lauren is NOT a fan of bacon soda!

Here’s the link to that USA Today article titled  Bacon Foods the World Doesn’t Need. (Brace yourself!)

While talking about books, I mentioned our recent visit to the CANDLES Holocaust Museum in Terre Haute. Here’s my husband, Gary, chatting with its incredible founder, Eva Kor:

Eva Kor and Gary Werne

They were laughing about milking cows. And yes, Gary’s shirt states Manure Occureth.

Our calendar gets a little confusing in September. Please check our hours and dates when planning your visit.

Here’s that great photo of Jason’s son, reluctantly leaving the park:

Happy Voyage riders

And some fun with the Big Green Foot:

Thanks, as always, for joining us – we hope to see you at the park this Labor Day Weekend!

My favorite part about having season passes is that if the line is to long you can come back any time you want when the line is shorter I love getting on all the rides so there is usually a line for one of the rides I want on so next time we come I will get on that one when it is shorter
