Water Ride Wild Splashin’ Safari

A water slide complex of three enclosed, opaque water slides. The slides offer three distinctly different rides, all very fast and very dark. Named after the rare Peruvian Jaguar, Otorongo (otto-RON-go) offers a watery ride through four stories of darkness on double inner tubes. Whether you ride “Otto,” “Ron,” or “Go,” you’ll get a fast, dark ride.

Ride Description

A series of three aggressive tube slides; riders travel on a straight and/or winding flume and experience enclosed and dark spaces, high-speeds, steep drops with free-falling sensations, and multi-directional forces. Riders will decelerate in a splash pool up to 45” deep.

Attraction Access & Riding Position

Guests must have the ability to sit upright in the tube and maintain control of upper torso, head, and neck. Physical and cognitive ability is required to maintain the riding position. Guests must be able to upright themselves in a strong current and exit the tube and pool with or without assistance. Guests should notify an Attendant at the top of the slide if assistance will be needed exiting the splash pool at the bottom. At minimum, Guest must have sufficient arm remnants to grasp at least one handle on the tube, along with sufficient leg remnants to maintain the riding position. Weak or non-swimmers are encouraged to wear a life jacket.

Guests must be able to climb the stairs of the slide tower and enter the tube with or without assistance.
