Due to COVID-19, we’ve pushed our opening date back to early June. If you were planning a trip in May or are a Season Passholder, here’s how we’re going to take care of you.

Ticket Information

Pick Your Price Tickets

If you purchased a 2020 Pick Your Price ticket prior to April 8, 2020, your ticket will be valid any day of our 2020 season. We look forward to seeing you soon. If you’re unable to visit in 2020, contact our call center at 812-937-4401 and we’ll take care of you.

Any Day Tickets

Any Day tickets purchase for the 2020 season will still be valid on any operating day that we’re open this season. We look forward to seeing you soon. If you’re unable to visit in 2020, contact our call center at 812-937-4401 and we’ll take care of you.

Flex Tickets

Any 2-Day or 3-Day Flex tickets purchased for the 2020 season will still be valid for that number of visits within a 7 day period any operating days we’re open this season. We look forward to seeing you soon. If you are unable to visit in 2020, contact our call center at 812-937-4401 and we’ll take care of you.

Season Passholder Information

Platinum Season Passholders

Guests who purchased 2020 Platinum Season Passes are still entitled to all their normal Passholder benefits, but will also receive 2 FREE Bring A Friend tickets that can be used on any operating day, plus $20 in free HoliCash that can be used in 2020.

All Platinum Passholders will receive these benefits without any additional efforts on their part.

Season Passholders

Guests who purchased 2020 Season Passes are still entitled to all their normal Passholder benefits, but will also receive 1 FREE Bring A Friend ticket that can be used on any operating day, plus $15 in free HoliCash that can be used in 2020.

All Season Passholders will receive these benefits without any additional efforts on their part.

Summer Fun Card Holders

Guests who purchased 2020 Summer Fun Cards will still be able to use their Summer Fun Card like normal through Labor Day Weekend. Additionally, your Summer Fun Card will be valid on all operating days – including Saturdays – between Labor Day and October 4.

Special Event Information

Platinum Passholder Preview Party

Since we anticipate we won’t be able to open until early June, the Platinum Passholder Preview Party will be rescheduled for a later date. We’ll keep Passholders updated on the event through social media and by email.

HoliWood Nights

Full Day Friday & Saturday Tickets

Guests who purchased HoliWood Nights tickets for all day Friday and Saturday will be given the option of the same ticket for a new Event date OR 3 single Any Day tickets for the 2020 season.

Friday ERT & Saturday Tickets

Guests who purchased HoliWood Nights tickets for Friday ERT and all day Saturday will be given the option of the same ticket for a new event date OR 2 single Any Day tickets for the 2020 season.

Season Passholder Ticket / Ticket in Hand Event Entry

Guests who purchased HoliWood Nights tickets but already have a Holiday World Ticket or Season Pass will be given the option of a Ticket valid for a new event date OR may exchange their event ticket for a 1-Day Any Day ticket for 2020.

Cabana Rentals

Guests with Cabana and Cheetah Chaise Lounger reservations for dates when the park is not open will automatically be refunded for their full reservation.

Guided Tours

Guests who have purchased an EarlyBird tour or Guide to Ride tour on any dates when the park is not open will automatically be refunded for their full purchase.

Hotel & Ticket Packages

Guests who have purchased one of our Hotel and Ticket packages will automatically be refunded if the park is not open on the days for those reservations. If you have any questions, contact information can be found on your original booking confirmation.

Groups, Picnics, and Outings

If you booked group event, picnic, or outing at the park, please contact your Sales representative or our call center at 812-937-4401.
