Worry-Free Weather Guarantee Details
Our Worry-Free Weather Guarantee is activated when weather closes a portion of our attractions for a period of two cumulative hours on the day of your visit, or at the discretion of park management.
Just be sure to keep your ticket!

The date that I visited isn’t listed on this page. Do I qualify?We’ll update this list and add dates as soon as a decision is made regarding whether a date is considered eligible for our Worry-Free Weather Guarantee. You can reach out to us by phone at 812-937-4401 if you have any questions.
The date that I visited is listed above. How do I claim my complimentary ticket to visit again?Just stop by any of our ticket booths or our Guest Relations window with the ticket from the date of your first visit. We’ll take care of the rest.
I was visiting with a Picnic or Group Event. Am I eligible to visit again?Of course! Just keep the ticket from the day of your visit and stop by any ticket booth or Guest Relations to pick up your complimentary ticket when you arrive on your next visit.
I lost the ticket from the day of my original visit that qualified for a complimentary ticket but have a photo of my ticket. Will that work?It will! Simply show us the photo on your mobile device and we’ll be able to scan it and get your complimentary ticket processed.
I’m a Summer Fun Card, Season Pass, or Platinum Season Passholder. Do I qualify to receive a complimentary ticket to return?No. Passholders do not qualify for our Worry-Free Weather Guarantee. Only Guests who were visiting with a single-day or Flex ticket are eligible.
What else do I need to know?Our Worry-Free Weather Guarantee does not apply to complimentary Worry-Free Weather Guarantee tickets or to companion passes given to bus drivers or care givers. Any purchases or rentals made in the park on the date of your first visit do not qualify for reimbursement.
